I am trying to update this thing a few times a week, but really not much has been going on, but I have kept my poetry up to date for yall!
I did however go to an awesome show at The Levee on Thursday December 9th, it was a CD fundraiser for a wicked punk band Dead Peasants Revolt. Once I got their lyrics figured out I loved them even more. I cant help but to get up and do some sort of dance/ slam/ mosh thing that I have made up just from seeing these fine folks play live. The best thing is they actually stand for something, which become quite apparent when listening to songs about the BP Oil Spill and the Antifacisct Nation flag hanging on stage above their heads. They just have a great vibe, vegan hippie, mixed with activist punk, some members kind of give of a metalish impression but they all come together to make some fine ass music. And there is a female guitar/bassist/singer. Just makes it all the better. I could say much more but it's one in the morning and I hate typing. So here is there Myspace!
