Whatta yah @ March!!??

Hey guys! I can't believe it is March already! Soon enough I'll be chillin on a blanket in Bannerman Park catching up on my Walt Whitman and drinking beers out on the patio...seems like just yesterday it was Christmas. I know I have been so slack on the blog lately but don't blame it on me - we just moved into our dream home and have been so busy and we still don't have internet which is super inconvienient. I have been working hard on the finishing touches of my novel and have rediscovered the slinky, which provides me with hours of endless entertainment.
However, on March 10th myself, RN Wagner, and Darrell Cooper are set to play at Distortion. Come check er out!!
On March 28th, there will be the second edition to The Delivery Room slam poetry/ anything arts night which I will keep you informed on as we are looking for many artists of any type to join us! All ages and super chill and supportive environment.
I also really like Katie Baggs, she opened for Erin Costello (bought her CD fucking loves it) who in turn opened for Ameila Curran the night before at Gower Street United. She is just great - so easy to get along with to. Maybe someday more than five people will come to my shows. I have been working hard on writing new songs!
Also seen the Rolling Kings this Saturday past at The Rose and Thistle. Man are they pumping out some great bands lately! The bar is starting to feel like home, which is either good or bad depending on how you look at it. They are one of my favourite bands! Also sang a song they didn't know which I didn't know the words to again. Thanks again bys for the great show and I really appreciated you coming out to mine! Fucking cheers!
In the coming months I will be branching away from the downtown scene and writing some more art, restaurant and book reviews. I think with my advanced travelling spirit I am going to go across Canada for my love of writing about various things I both love and hate. Thanks for hanging in there loyal followers!
I find this site extremely informative and I spend a good deal of time on it despite having no children. http://www.drmomma.org/ --- really good stuff.
So, I god some plans this week to see whats going on at The Rooms and am heading out Saturday to Mick Davis and The Skinny Jims at (of course) The Rose located on Water Street. They never disappoint.
If you are still with my by now, peace and love.
Please You Tube CFSW 2010. This shit is so amazing it really changed my life. If you like it come out to The Delievery Room 2. K, Byee!
